That was our very first time in Yeppoon. We've heard about this town from a couple who came to buy our sofa when we're getting rid of all our stuff to start our big lap around Australia. We thought we should give it a go and we had no expectations at all which made our visit even more magical.

After the disaster in Elliott Heads, we had a completely different experience arriving at this caravan park. We were welcomed so warmly, after checking in the lady suggested some of tours around which we were super happy with then another person showed us the way to our camping site and the guy actually parked our caravan, he asked us to unplugged it and he plugged to a golf car and parked it in 5 seconds, I didn't even have a chance to take a picture.
The caravan park itself was also amazing, so many kids features including water slides, jumping pillow, BMX track and so much more. If you're looking for a place around Yeppoon, definitely consider this Discovery Park.
